Moonstone is found in the orhoclase (adularia) and the albite minerals (both members of the feldspar group). The properties characterizing moonstone are a chatoyancy, a milky-sheen, or the exhibition of those traits on a portion of the specimen. The properties of Adularia, Albite and feldspar are also included in moonstone.
The energy of moonstone is balancing, introspective, reflective, and lunar.
